Did you know that cows eat more than just grass?  Cows
love a variety of grasses and dry vegetation (forage) of
all types.  Season to season they will change their
preference based on what they need and have available.  

Here at Jones Family Farm, we have a variety of
different land types from grass pastures, recent cut
downs (areas where the timber has been cut but not
stumped for field or pasture), to wooded areas.  We like
to let the cows decide what they need.
